| 英文描述 | Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is the most common thrombocytopenic condition in the horse. Characterized by low platelet counts followed by hematomas, petechiae and ecchymoses. The loss of platelets is probably of immune origin but the inciting agent is usually not known. Diagnose by signs and evidence of thrombocytopenia with no known cause. |
